3. Registration and Billing

Creating a user account is free of cost. Our paid features are available only to the subscribed users. To subscribe to our Service you need to provide billing details. Once you register, you agree to notify us of any changes to your billing details.

Payment

By subscribing to any of our plans, you accept the pricing and the limits of the subscription.

Billing invoices for our subscriptions are issued month-to-month in accordance with our pricing plans. An auto-renewal of the Service is automatically activated upon purchase.

You reserve the right to cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any given time. No commitment and no questions asked.

Pricing Policy Changes

We may change the Fees or introduce new charges in our sole discretion upon 30 (thirty) days prior notifying the User.

We may increase the fees in the event of:

  • A change in the services or fees of our third-party service providers;
  • Delays or other issues due to the User’s failure to fulfill their obligations.

Refund Policy

At TeamStage, we offer a 15-day money back guarantee. If you sign up for our Service and discover it’s not a perfect match, send a cancellation request to [email protected] from the registered email address.

We will refund your money in full within 10 days of receiving your cancellation request and we will stop sending you monthly invoices. The refund for the net price of your claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment. After the money-back period, you may terminate the use of our Services at any time.

Should you decide to terminate your TeamStage subscription, the cancellation will come into effect the following month. The date and time of any cancelation of paid Services shall be the date and time on which you complete the cancelation process and you will be billed for the ongoing month.

Repeated registrations, subscriptions, and cancellations, followed by requests for refunds may be deemed to be in bad faith and we reserve the right to withhold Service to any such User and refuse any refund.

 

4. Cancellation of Use of Services

TeamStage reserves the right to cancel the Services if the user breaks these Terms, deviates from the normal usage patterns established by TeamStage, or attempts to inflict damages on the reputation or the normal operation of the Website and Service.

 

5. Restrictions of Use

You must not use the Website:

  • to license, sublicense, sell, rent, assign, or transfer materials from the Website;
  • to copy, transmit, upload, reproduce, or distribute the Website or its materials;
  • to translate, adapt, or alter the Website’s material, except to the extent of applicable laws;
  • to run outsourced or managed services arrangement;
  • to access the Website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity;

In an event that we fail to comply with these Terms, we take sole responsibility for the loss or damage you may suffer as a result of it.
